Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all course purchases made on https://edu-finbazaar.online/ from FINBAZAAR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

  • You may cancel an enrolment within 7 days of the payment date.
  • For live cohorts, cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the first live session.
  • Cancellation requests must be raised from the email address used at enrolment.

2. Refund Conditions

  • A full refund is issued if the cancellation is raised within 7 days and less than 20% of the course content has been consumed.
  • A full refund is issued if we cancel a batch or are unable to deliver the purchased program.
  • Duplicate or failed-but-debited transactions are refunded in full after verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • More than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • A completion certificate, recording or downloadable bonus material has been issued.
  • The first live session of a cohort has been attended.
  • Requests made after the 7-day window has closed.
  • Courses purchased under a promotion expressly marked "non-refundable".
  • Access terminated due to content piracy, credential sharing or breach of our Terms.
  • Third-party examination or certification fees paid to external bodies.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Requests are acknowledged within 48 hours and reviewed within 3 working days.
  • Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days of approval.
  • The amount reaches the original payment method in a further 5–10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Refunds are always made to the original payment method; cash refunds are not provided.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Email FinBazaarinfo@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request".
  • Include your registered name, order ID / transaction reference, course name and reason.
  • You may also call +91 9442846068 during business hours to track a request.

6. Course Transfer (Alternative to Refund)

Instead of a refund you may request a one-time transfer to another course of equal or lesser value within 15 days of enrolment. Any price difference is not refundable.
