• Course access is personal, non-transferable and granted to the enrolled learner only.

• Schedules, mentors and curriculum may be updated to keep content current.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card or bank credentials.
• The price displayed at checkout is final for that transaction. Offers may be withdrawn at any time.
• An invoice is issued to the registered email after a successful payment.

4. Course Access

• Self-paced courses are accessible for the access period stated on the course page.
• Live cohorts follow the published schedule; recordings are shared where available.
• We may suspend access for scheduled maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. User Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not record, download, copy, resell or publicly share course material.
• Do not share your login with others or attempt to bypass platform security.
• Maintain respectful conduct with mentors, staff and fellow learners.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
